Contexte Général
La déforestation est la destruction progressive de la végétation d'Haïti par les di érentes générations, mais aussi par des éléments naturels. Son ampleur et ses graves conséquences permettent de parler de « désastre écologique ». En 1923, les forêts couvraient près de soixante pour cent du pays ; aujourd'hui, moins de deux pour cent.
Fondation Seguin and Solvatten join forces to launch The Green Haiti Project
Fondation Seguin, a Haiti Based environmental focus NGO And Solvatten, a Swedish company with a solar safe water system, have joined Forces to address Haiti's biggest challenges. These two self sustainability driven entities share the vision of improving existing conditions of natural resources and support a better economic growth.
